OUR EVIDENCE STANDARD

How MELIQA checks its research.

We show where information came from, distinguish published claims from testing, and leave unknown prices unknown.

01 — Identify the exact model

We record a manufacturer model name and link to an official source. Series names may cover several generations, colors or accessories, and a shop listing is not enough to resolve these differences. Before publishing any specification, we identify which model the source describes.

02 — Separate published facts from results of testing

Specifications, battery-life figures and feature lists are manufacturer statements. We attribute them and preserve conditions where published. MELIQA has not conducted instrumented noise-cancelling tests, laboratory battery tests or ergonomic trials. We do not publish invented star ratings, customer testimonials or test outcomes.

03 — Document the research date

Each product profile links to its manufacturer source and records when those details were checked for this edition of the catalog. A research date is not a guarantee that a product remains in stock, that software has not changed, or that the linked material will remain available. Readers should recheck time-sensitive details before buying.

04 — Verify seller offers separately

We keep retailer listings separate from product specifications. A displayed price requires a verified retailer, currency, price and check date. Commissionable links additionally require confirmed program approval and disclosure beside the link. Our code hides offers after the verification window, but the owner must still refresh and republish source HTML regularly.

05 — Explain comparisons without fake rankings

Our comparison tool highlights differences between known values. It does not treat missing specifications as zeros, translate battery-life claims into sound-quality scores, or use commissions to rank retailers. Comfort, sound character and durability need appropriate testing or a personal try-on; a source sheet alone cannot settle them.

06 — Review and correct

New manufacturer documents, resolved SKU differences and partner-policy updates may require corrections. We update the relevant product record, source link and check date, then rebuild the static site and run regression checks. The public pages are informational and do not process orders, collect reviews or handle support for retailer purchases.
